The Settings area provides administrative controls for your UMS organisation.

User management

Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions from the Users tab:
  • Add users — Invite new team members to your organisation
  • Edit roles — Assign permissions that control what each user can access
  • Deactivate users — Remove access for users who no longer need it

Imports and exports

Bulk data management tools:
  • Bulk imports — Upload accounts, sites, connections, and other data in bulk using CSV templates
  • Import history — View the status and results of previous imports
  • Export data — Download data from any module as CSV

Billing and plans

The Billing tab is where organisation administrators view the current plan, monitor usage, choose or change plans through Stripe Checkout, and open the Stripe Billing Portal to update payment details. Only users with the Manage billing permission can change plans or open the portal.
